All About Our Labradors
There are two types of Labs,the English and American Labrador. At Buck Eye’s kennel, we have a beautiful Chocolate Lab and 5 American Labs which are Blonde and Black. Labs are extremely loving,patient and they are excellent with children! Our Labs come from Championship Field Trial Blood Lines which means they are very good at hunting, retrieving and swimming! Labs are easily trained and will be a great addition to any family!

Training
The best time to start training your dog is when you pick him up. You will be able to pick up the puppy when he is 8 weeks old. When dogs reach this age they learn faster. If you start enforcing commands to a dog around this age they can learn commands such as “NO” in a day or so. The best way to enforce this command is by saying NO in a strict voice and tapping them on the butt once or twice.
